1) Information on dimensions

The heaters are made with the basic dimensions specified below. By the wish of the customer, it is possible to make also atypical heaters with the width of 400 mm and the height of 1800 mm upon agreement.

The basic dimensions:

Width L – 450, 500, 600, 750 mm

Height H – 790, 1210, 1590 mm

Interconnecting pitch – 410, 460, 560, 710 mm

DN connection – 4 x G 1” (male)

Side profiles – tube with dia. 40x1.5 mm

Cross profiles – tube with dia. 22x1.5 mm and 25x1.5 mm

2) Technical information

Testing overpressure – 1.5 MPa

Operational overpressure – 1.0 MPa

Heating medium – hot water of the central heating system

3) Values of pressure losses

The mentioned values of heating outputs and losses are to be applied to diagonal connection from top downwards.

Flow coefficient AT (m²) – 2.25 x 10^-4

Resistance coefficient ξ_T (-) – 2.5

4) Surface finish

C – Chromium (layers – NiCuNiCr)

BS - Light ballottini (matte stainless steel)

BT – Dark ballottini (matte stainless steel)

L – epoxy polyester ( basic design RAL 9003, by the wish of the customer, it is possible to apply also paint with different RAL shades for extra charge in the amount of approximately 25% of the price of the heater: yellow gold, traffic yelow, orange red, ruby red, sapphire blue, pigeon blue, pastel green, peppermint turquoise, television grey, copper brown, russet, cream, black, traffic black)

5) Material for production

Material used for production of bathroom heaters is subjected to regular certification procedures. Special acid resistant steel AISI 316L is used for production of the stainless heaters.

6) Heater fixation

When mounting, the heater is fixed at least in three points using special fixing elements with simple installation procedure. A fixation set forms an integral part of the packed heater.        

7) Packing

The heaters are packed in cardboard boxes and PVC foils. The packed set contains:

- Fixing elements for heater installation

- Plug

- Air release valve

8) Accessories for electric and combined heating

By the wish of the customer, it is possible to supply a set for combined heating with electric power supply. The set contains:

- Heating bar

- T-piece

Room thermostat

At present time, we prepare for production heaters for independent electric operation. When installing them in bathrooms, they may be placed in the zones 2 and 3 according to ČSN 33 200-7-701.

Electric installation should comply with the ČSN regulations in effect and must be performed by a specialized company.

9) Certification

Certification was performed by the Testing and Certification Institute, joint-stock company Zlín, report number: 7935 00091/2004.
